Warranty Policy
Bottom line, we want to enable your upland inspired journey and we expect our gear to be used hard by the most passionate uplanders. As a result, if our gear fails during the first 2 years due to defective materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it. After that time period, if you experience failure due to normal wear and tear in the field, we will work with you to address issues experienced via the most reasonable approach. For some that may be repairs at a nominal fee, for other situations it may be partial credit towards a replacement. This warranty covers all “normal” use and will be considered null and void if the product is used otherwise. For all warranty inquiries, please email thecrew@huntredi.com the return form and mark the items for return.
Return Policy
Our mission is to provide the highest quality product to our customers and strive to ensure 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your HuntRedi item(s), they can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Item must be in new condition and original packaging/labels must remain attached.

Upon receipt, we will process your return and issue a refund of the full purchase price to your original form of payment, less the cost of shipping. We strive to process returns within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of your package.
